CRGO Slitting Line

Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) slitting line is used to slit bigger width into smaller width as per the transformer designed requirements. High speed (140 meters per minute) line ensures low burr level and higher winding tensions which helps in avoiding unwanted strains in slit coils. It further helps in getting lower no load losses in the transformer. Coil loading is made easy with the help of coil loading car, unloading the slit coils with the help of pusher plate on to turn-style assembly. The machine utilization is higher by the use of high capacity coiler which will deliver full slit coil. It further helps in lower down-times of other machinery wherein the slit is used as a input coil.
