Hydraulic up-ender

Handling amorphous coils from pallet to de-coiler must be smooth and safe. Coil along with packing will be kept on horizontal platform with the help of hydraulics tilted to 90 degrees which will enable smooth and safe loading to crane. A safety provision is given for coil slippage from the platform. Cycle time from horizontal to vertical is around 30 seconds.
